PRICING PLANS Booth tent information and prices
Ehibition booth tents packages 5×5=25sq meters. Though locations of exhibitor booths and equipment area spaces are not exactly in equal terms in visibility, the same prices apply for all booths of the same sizes in the main hall. Exhibitors are offered spaces as per their ranking evaluated by their annual participation, sponsoring and loyalty.

– 5m x 10m exhibition space
– Exclusive pavilion with custom branding & VIP lounge
– Prime location near key event areas
– Dedicated PR & marketing support
Exhibition booth includes the following:
- 1x Desk
- 2X chairs
- 1z wastepaper basket
- 2x flourescent lights will be provided (mounted behind fascia)
- Power socked 1x 13amp/220v single-phase power socket will be provided with for every shell scheme booth
- Company name on fascia
- Company listing on the event website
- Company listing in the event guide
- Company logo on event guidebook
Standard Booth tent – $2,800
– 5m x 5m exhibition space
– Branding on official event website
– Access to B2B networking sessions
Exhibition booth includes the following:

Exhibitor Package Includes:
- Four-day hotel fee (Breakfast)
- One-day horseback riding tour in Terelj National Park
- Exhibitor badge for one people for each standard booth
- Daily free lunch for exhibitor badge holders
- Gala dinner ticket
Activities/events every exhibitor may join:
- Presentation sessions of other exhibitors
- Daily lunch (free for exhibitors)
- Gala dinner (If booked)
“If one more person joins, an additional fee of $600 will be charged. This fee covers hotel and meals for four days, as well as the cost of a one-day tour

Cancellation:
An Exhibitor will be responsible for losses incurred upon for its late cancellation and compensate the Organizer for its losses, should the Exhibitor fail to provide timely written notice of cancellation of all or any part of its assigned booth space. Cancellation charges are applied as per the following schedule:
- From April 01 to May 01, 2025 – 25% of the stand fee;
- From May 01 to Jun 01, 2025 – 50 % of the stand fee;
- On or after Jul 1, 2025– 100% of the stand fee and the payment will be retained by the Organizer as cancellation charge
